There were a lot of reasons as to why the Baltimore Ravens finished 5-11 last season and some of those reasons were out of the control of what Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome and head coach John Harbough could do like injuries for example or botched calls by referees over the course of the 2015 season.
As a Ravens fan, how did you feel about the job of what Newsome and Harbaugh performed over the course of the 2015 season? Were you proud of the way the Ravens set the NFL record for having their first-twelve games decided by eight points or less?
Were you proud of the way the Ravens players and coaches were able to keep things together in the locker room and not leaking out any negative moments to the media?
How about the on field performance especially on defense? All of the in-game adjustments on the defensive side of the ball left a lot to be desired in the first-half of the 2015 season under defensive coordinator Dean Pees. But to his credit, the unit got better during the second half of the 2015 season. The Ravens decided to bring him back for at least another season.
For me personally, the injury total for the Ravens was too much to get a good idea on where things stand with the organization. Obviously Harbaugh and Ozzie are still among the best at their respective positions and I think that the 2016 season will tell a lot more about the future of the Ravens franchise.
Oh and by the way, don't start posting about how Harbaugh and Ozzie need to go. The reasons why you shouldn't are self-explanatory. And if you don't know the reasons, well, there's no help for you.
