Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco has never lost to the Miami Dolphins in his nine year career. In fact, the Dolphins are one of two teams in the AFC that Flacco has never lost to and the other team is the Kansas City Chiefs (3-0 all-time).
Flacco has some good memories against the Dolphins. Flacco not only earned his first career road win against the Dolphins during the regular season, he also earned his first career playoff win against Miami in 2008 as a rookie as well.
While the regular season TD-int statistic doesn’t wow anybody as Flacco has five touchdown passes and two interceptions against the Dolphins, he does have a passer rating of 105.6 and a completion percentage of 70.4 percent.
As the Ravens get ready face the Dolphins this weekend, the Dolphins have a defense that could help get Flacco and the Ravens offense on the right track. The Dolphins defense entering week 13 ranks 20th in the NFL in yards allowed at 361.9 yards per game and allow 21.8 points per game which ranks 17th in the NFL.
However, the Dolphins have the number one third down defense in the NFL only allowing 33 percent on conversions. The Ravens offense on the flip side ranks last in the NFL in third down conversions at 33 percent. Flacco needs his 105.6 career passer rating against the Dolphins to play a positive role in this matchup.
