Week 11 represents the Baltimore Ravens most arduous test so far this season. Facing the 8-1 Cowboys on the road will challenge all phases of the team. Dallas defeated the Bengals by two touchdowns in Week 5 and the Steelers by five points on the road last week.
The Cowboys opened as 6.5-point favorites, but have been bet up to -7 and will probably rise to -7.5 by kickoff. The point total is set at 44.5, essentially projecting a final score of 26-18 Dallas. The Cowboys have garnered 71 percent of all wagers and 78 percent has been placed on the over.
Dallas is 7-1 against the spread this year and 12-5 against the spread following a winning streak over the last three seasons. Baltimore is 1-2 as an underdog this season, and 7-1 against the spread coming off a win against a division rival since 2014. The Cowboys are 14-24 against the spread in non-holiday matchups since Cowboy stadium opened. And the underdog has covered in almost two-thirds of all games Dallas participated in this decade.
As for intangibles, the Ravens are entering this game with ten days rest. Also, the Cowboys have a rivalry game with Redskins on tap next week in their traditional Thanksgiving home contest.
Other pertinent games include the Steelers laying 8-points on the road in Cleveland, Indy receiving the traditional 3-point home field advantage over Tennessee and the Bengals as about a field goal home favorite against Buffalo. Monday night will feature a game with playoff implications, the Texans are 6-point underdogs in Oakland. The Titans and Bills are both public underdogs.
