A bad Sunday for the Baltimore Ravens, with a loss and two rivals victories. Doesn’t help they are now sharing the North crown with such a high powered Steelers squad.
Browns:
The only positive, the Cleveland Browns are the only team in the league without a W. Washington pushed hard in the second half, forcing three turnovers on Cleveland and buried multiple red zone touchdowns. The Ravens will need to clean up their red-zone defense when they face Washington this week.
Bengals:
A.J. Green is still doing his routine of embarrassing defenses. Against the Miami Dolphins it wasn’t a shocker they were victorious, but every Ravens fan wanted the Miami upset. The Bengal front seven attacked the Dolphins porous line successfully, and now sit at .500. The Bengals did struggle offensively, after the Green touchdown they kicked five straight field goals. Sound like another team?
Steelers:
After being abused by Carson Wentz and the Eagles defense the Pittsburgh Steelers returned in a dominating fashion. Over forty points dropped on the Kansas City defense while surrendering a measly fourteen in the final quarter. A big part of the offense was led by returning tailback Le’Veon Bell. The Ben, Bell, Brown trio will be a nightmare come November 6.
Bullet notes:
- Le’Veon Bell is back and producing
- Ben Roethlisberger had the same amount of incompletions as touchdowns (5).
- A.J. Green still a nightmare
- Tied for 1st in division
- Browns winless
