The San Francisco 49ers made it official today that they have signed former Eagles and Oregon Ducks head coach Chip Kelly. With the news breaking on Twitter, Torrey Smith was the first player to react to the news and clearly he's anticipating quite a lot of windsprints.
Guess I might have to start running right now to get in shape

Get them shoelaces tied Mr. Smith, you have some windsprints to do! I was planning on doing a Run Forest Run joke, but it was already made on Twitter!

The Twittersphere reacted fairly quickly with Jerome Felton also chiming in:
@TorreySmithWR early mornings in Miami around the corner!!

Now Torrey may be complaining here, but knowing he has a coach who focuses on speed, he will surely be fitting right in with Kelly. Quick routes, and the often deep ball associated with confusing scheme-work could essentially tear apart some hardcore defenses. The health of Chip Kelly's squads are also consistently tops in the league, meaning this team could easily be on the up & ups.
