The Wild Card round of the NFL Playoffs are here here and your Baltimore Beatdown writers have predictions ready. We'll keep track of them throughout the postseason and see who gets the bragging rights of choosing the perfect postseason. Sunday's slate features the Vikings-Seahawks and Redskins-Packers.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Minnesota Vikings

The writers were slightly more divided about this game, as four writers said that the Seahawks will pull out the win on Sunday, while two of us said that the Vikings will beat Seattle.

Matthew Stevens (0-0):

Seahawks 35 vs Vikings 12
The Seahawks are one of the best teams in football, both on offense and defense. The Vikings are simply in the way at this point

Wola Odeniran (0-0):

Seahawks 31 vs Vikings 17

Brian Malan (0-0):

Minn 27-26

Holt Smith (0-0):

SEA 24-17

Chuck Mills (0-0):

Seattle 35, Minnesota 10
The Seahawks have a high powered passing offense and a revitalized defense. The Vikings have a pedestrian passing attack and that just won't be enough versus a hot Russell Wilson and the Legion of Boom.

Chris Brown (0-0):

Minnesota 24 Seattle 13
Mike Zimmer is a very good defensive coach and will come back with a vengeance from the drubbing a few weeks ago. Seattle's attack will normalize with Lynch returning and they will stall. Minnesota's hyper home crowd and the 1 degree temperature heavily favor the home team--Seattle hasn't played in that setting.

Green Bay Packers vs. Washington Redskins

The Redskins might be one of the hottest teams in the NFC, but our writers don't agree. Five of our writers had the Packers beating the home team, while only one has the Redskins pulling out the win.

Matthew Stevens (0-0):

Packers 28 vs Redskins 14
The Redskins have yet to win against an opponent with a winning record. They will find out what that looks like against the Packers. Green Bay might not look hot right now, but the Redskins are worse.

Wola Odeniran (0-0):

Packers 21 vs Redskins 14

Brian Malan (0-0):

GB 28-24

Holt Smith (0-0):

GB 14-7

Chuck Mills (0-0):

Washington 30, Green Bay 16

Kirk Cousins is one of the hottest quarterbacks in the NFL, throwing 23 touchdown passes since Week 7 and Washington is one of the best teams in the league at home. Green Bay has limped into the postseason with a 4-6 record after a 6-0 start and the Packers offense just doesn't look the same. It's going to be a short postseason for Green Bay.

Chris Brown (0-0):

Green Bay 28 Washington 20
A late score will make this look closer than it actually is. Aaron Rodgers will find a way to get clicking and score. Kirk Cousins will make novice mistakes in his first playoff game, but might be back again one day.

There's a Super Bowl at stake for the teams in the postseason and there's bragging rights at stake for yours truly. I think the latter is what's really important here. Feel free to make predictions of your own below.
