'The second cut is in, with a promising young undrafted free agent hitting the street. The hope is that the Ravens can slip him onto the practice squad.

Brown had a phenomenal 4th preseason game after showing some solid abilities in the earlier games. He provided special team value, blocking a punt in the final minutes, and following that up by catching the subsequent touchdown too. With tall, skilled receivers already ahead of him on the depth chart in 1st rounder Breshad Perriman, 6th rounder Darren Waller, and 3rd year player Marlon Brown, there was virtually no chance the undrafted rookie would make the roster.
Likely a receiver needy team like Carolina will grab him off waivers, but if not I am sure the Ravens coaching staff and front office would love to hold onto him.
