With the deadline to get the roster down to 53 players quickly approaching, the Ravens have began making their roster moves. The deadline is tomorrow at 4 PM, and the team will have to cut or move to IR approximately 22 players before that time.
The first cut has been reported:

Causell, a 6"7 offensive tackle out of Mississippi State, was a huge longshot to make the roster. The Ravens had 7 players who were locks or near locks in Eugene Monroe, Kelechi Osemele, Jeremy Zuttah, Marshal Yanda, Rick Wagner, John Urschel, and James Hurst. In addition, they spent a 5th round pick on OL Robert Myers, a favorite of OL coach Juan Castillo in the draft, and had versatile 2014 6th rounder Ryan Jensen playing well in preseason and looking like he will make the cut down to 53 players. Jensen can play all the positions on the line, and has played well throught the preseason. So Causell was essentially playing for a spot on another teams roster, or to grab a practice squad spot.
