1. I think we need to bench Flacco, and give Schaub a chance. Sure Flacco has thrown for a bunch of yards, but has thrown just as many INTs as he has TDs. Time to put him to pasture, and move on.

2. Use Smitty as a slot receiver only, and get Perriman and Brown more throws.

3. Trade for a decent LB. We still haven't really replaced Ray Lewis. (Is it too late to ask him to suit up this Thursday?)
