The Ravens are in a unique position of having their guy locked up long-term with a contract that goes through the 2018 season. However, everyone knows that Flacco will be restructured at the end of the 2015 season to lower his cap number and give the Ravens a little breathing room in regards to their ability to keep other key members of the team.

Flacco is here to stay, but will the Ravens keep three quarterbacks on this roster? The Ravens haven't done that in quite some time, and I doubt heavily that they attempt it in 2015 while Flacco has proven to be Mr. Ironman thus far. Then again, Bryn Renner has shown flashes of brilliance and comes at a cheaper price than the veteran Matt Schaub. If the Ravens were to try and push Renner to the practice squad, it would open up the possibility of a QB hungry team snagging their future backup out from underneath them

With Schaub having a fully guaranteed contract for his single year here in Baltimore, I doubt that the Ravens let him go elsewhere. That makes Renner the odd man out unless the Ravens can manage some trickery on another team and can shed Schaub in exchange for a draft pick. Hopefully for the Ravens, either someone bites on Schaub and is willing to reward the Ravens for their early offseason signing or Renner goes through unnoticed by other teams and can sit on the practice squad until next season when he should get the job as main clipboard holder.

Starter: Joe Flacco
