Pittsburgh Steelers kicker Shaun Suisham, 33, injured his knee during Sunday night's Hall of Fame exhibition game against the Minnesota Vikings. This is a colossal loss for the Steelers.
NFL.com's Ian Rapoport tweeted this morning on the kicker's status.
#Steelers K Shaun Suisham has told people the belief is he tore his ACL. He’s having an MRI today to be sure. Will be a tough loss.

Per many reports, Suisham suffered the injury on the opening kickoff of the second half. This would be the veteran's 11th NFL season, his sixth in yellow and black. The journeyman's been on quite the trip, playing in Dallas, Washington, and San Francisco prior to kicking for the Steelers.
We wish him the best and hope his injury is not as bad as it seems. Head coach Mike Tomlin knows nobody sits behind Suisham, and might start shopping for kickers as soon as they hear back the results.
