Will Floyd Raven Add Fuel to the Rivalry?

The Bengals add an oddly named rookie...

Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

This is old news, but if not for a recent tweet from Ryan Mink, it would have continued to fly under the radar:

The Bengals signed an undrafted rookie free agent from Texas A&M back in May named Floyd Raven. Raven, a 6 foot 204 lb Safety, was a 4 star recruit out of high school. He was not rated highly for the draft this year, despite good size and speed. Part of this may be due to his 2013 charges, with Raven and a teammate being charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault and one count of criminal mischief. The charges stem from a brawl that began outside a bar.

In all seriousness though, would you want a player with the last name Bengal or Steeler on the Ravens?

I sure as hell don't. If there was some talent to go with it than maybe, but in a case like this for sure not. Then again, with all the Ravens success one would think the Bengals would be very interested in what we have. Maybe they think the place to start is by adding a 'Raven' to their team.
