Raven I Would Most Want to Have a Beer With

As an avid football fan, this would seem to be a difficult decision: Which Raven, current or historical would I want to have a beer with. With icons such as Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, and Jonathan Ogden, plus fan favorites like Jarrett Johnson, Jamal Lewis, and Joe Flacco, one would think it would be hard to decide.

However, my mind settled on someone right away, and the more I thought about it, the more I loved the idea. Having a beer with someone requires the two individuals to have mutual interests, and for me the person who I felt that was most true of was kicker Justin Tucker.

Tucker, a fan favorite and an elite kicker, has quite the personality. He sings Italian opera, and is described by teammates as "goofy, silly, "good weird," a live wire, and a character. JTuck also serves as the front man for my favorite soft drink, Dr. Pepper. He is a religious Catholic, who attends church on a regular basis. He also started his athletic career with Soccer, an oddity for a Texan.

He is also very available for fans. If you look at his twitter feed, you can find many tweets like this one inviting fans to come to his workouts:

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Kicking at Patterson in 20 if ya wanna help out! Bring some H2O for yourself cuz it&#39;s toasty out there!</p>&mdash; Justin Tucker (@jtuck9) <a href="https://twitter.com/jtuck9/status/620007445813927936">July 11, 2015</a></blockquote>

His intense competitiveness and his goofiness, together with his infectious smile make him the life of the party. And this is why Justin Tucker would be my first choice to have a beer with. Now I need to go out and buy a JTuck jersey, as soon as we get that extension locked in!
