Super Bowl and AFC betting odds suspended

It should come as no surprise that Vegas is quickly suspending all of the odds for the AFC East, AFC and Super Bowl winners because of the uncertainty. If Tom Brady is suspended, it would have a major impact on the current odds standing and give people an unfair advantage.

We received the odds for teams to win the conference and the Super Bowl not too long ago to mark the start of the NFL season. However, after the Well report surfacing, there has been some unease about what type of punishments the Patriots and quarterback Tom Brady will receive.

It should come as no surprise that Vegas is quickly suspending all of the odds for the AFC East, AFC and Super Bowl winners because of the uncertainty. If Tom Brady is suspended, it would have a major impact on the current odds standing and give people an unfair advantage.

With Vegas starting to pull odds like that, it sure sounds like it is expected that Brady will be suspended for some length of time. We should see the odds re-emerge once again after the NFL has laid down it's punishment on the Patriots and quarterback Tom Brady.

The Baltimore Ravens had 25/1 odds to win the 2016 Super Bowl and 12/1 odds to win the 2015-16 AFC Conference. With 8/5 odds to win the AFC North, it will be interesting to see exactly how the odds might change in the event of a long term suspension for Tom Brady. Since the Patriots looked to be the only thing holding the Ravens back from playing in last season's Super Bowl, I could see Vegas putting Baltimore right at the tippy-top of the odds for the AFC.
