A fighting chance, every NFL player earns one. Now that the Ravens' organized team activities have commenced, the guys that I listed will have to rise to the occasion on this go-around. The sooner they impress their position coaches, the sooner they'll receive the gratifying nod.
Marlon Brown
I've discussed this before, but Brown needs to be solid this summer if he wants to take the #3 wide receiver job from Kamar Aiken. His job just got a little easier after Michael Campanaros quad injury.
Matt Elam and Arthur Brown
These two are hovering dangerously close to bust territory. They need to have a good summer if they don't want to spend the 2015 season warming the bench behind Kendrick Lewis and Daryl Smith.
Lorenzo Taliaferro
Javorius Allen has frequently been the sexy pick to take the back-up spot behind Justin Forsett. Taliaferro must impress the coaches as a pass catcher and as a blocker if he wants to keep the back-up role.
Kapron Lewis-Moore
Moore has spent the last two seasons on injured reserve and is playing for a job. He needs to have a great summer and stay healthy to prove why the Ravens were right to wait two years for him to play.
DeAndre Carter
Michael Campanaros injury opens the door for DeAndre Carter to come in and take the return man job. If Carter can thrive while Michael is out, he just might work his way onto the Ravens roster as their replacement for Jacoby Jones.
