More importantly, Douglas credited for pushing Joe Flacco as scout with #Ravens and was key part of one of NFL's best drafting organizations

Joining the Ravens as a player personnel assistant in 2000, Douglas served as the team's Southeast scout from 2009 to 2011. He also served in the important role of facilitating the Ravens' process of signing undrafted rookies with Northeast scout Mark Azevedo, something the team has been very successful in.
Some players he was instrumental in scouting were Ben Grubbs, Marshal Yanda, Joe Flacco, Ray Rice, Lardarius Webb, Pernell McPhee.
Some of the undrafted free agents he helped bring in were linebackers Jameel McClain and Dannell Ellerbe, kicker Justin Tucker and wide receiver Marlon Brown.
He will definitely be missed in Baltimore, and he likely will be the next in a line of great products from this classy organization. Aaron Wilson tweeted that they the current plan is not to replace him, but rather that his duties will be incorporated within other current members of the scouting department.
As we say in Baltimore, Next Man Up!
