Rand Getlin from Yahoo Sports recently spoke with Randy Gregory, the defensive end from Nebraska. As you might remember, Gregory had some things come out about him right before the 2015 NFL Draft and rumors began to fly that he would slide from a top 5 pick down out of the first round.
A highly skilled player with the physical attributes that any team seeking an elite pass rusher would want, Greagory earned first time All-Big Ten selection last season for his work. Seriously, the guy is 6-foot-6 and 240-pounds... Imagine trying to move that beast or throw over him when he's charging in. However, failed drug tests and some reports coming out about his mental toughness ultimately have led to him falling completely out of the first round.
When Getlin talked to Gregory, it became apparent that he has a massive chip on his shoulder and is determined to be great and prove teams wrong about him. An attitude that you have to like if you are the Ravens or a fan of redemption.
Spoke with @RandyGregory_4 earlier this morning. He shared his thoughts on not being selected in the first round. pic.twitter.com/M0bNRlh7nd

One thing that was clear from talking to @RandyGregory_4...he's got a chip on his shoulder now. Determined to prove his doubters wrong.

With the Baltimore Ravens next selecting with the 58th overall selection, Ozzie Newsome will likely have to make a move upwards to still select Gregory as many teams will be looking hard at the possible steal of the draft.
