Early during Wednesday's pre-draft press conference, Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome mentioned the Ravens were close to signing another player.

Say what?

Pressed further as to who it might be, Newsome declined to reveal a name until the contract becomes official. But it does appear the Ravens will be adding someone soon.

"No, a player that was on our team last year," Newsome said in response. "I will just say that. Re-sign a player, yes. Up until it's done, I won't say anything."

That leaves a handful of options as to who the mystery player might be.

The remaining unrestricted free agents from the 2014 roster are cornerback Aaron Ross, cornerback Antoine Cason, cornerback Danny Gorrer, safety Jeromy Miles, offensive lineman Will Rackley and offensive lineman Jah Reid.

So who could it be? Newsome said, "we have 65, possibly 66 players with another deal I'm close to right now," signaling this addition will probably be named sooner rather than later.
