The 2012 fourth-round pick is now a member of the Broncos.

Gino Gradkowski's time in Baltimore is over.

Both the Ravens and the Broncos announced on Wednesday that the deal is now official, with Gradkowski being moved to Denver. Both teams will swap 2016 picks, too, with the Ravens presumably getting the better draft selection.

ESPN's Adam Caplan and The Baltimore Sun's Aaron Wilson were the first to report the story.

Gradkowski started all 16 games in 2013 but struggled quite a bit. He was moved to a backup role in 2014 following a trade with the Buccaneers that brought in Jeremy Zuttah.

Gradkowski was a fourth-round pick out of Delaware in 2012. In his first season he backed up Matt Birk on a team that won Super Bowl XLVII.
