It looks like the Ravens have their backup quarterback.
The Ravens announced that quarterback Matt Schaub has been signed as Joe Flacco's backup. This followed a visit on Tuesday.

Prior to the team's announcement Sports Illustrated's Peter King was first to report the deal was done.
The Ravens have signed Matt Schaub.

In 11 career seasons with the Falcons, Texans and Raiders, Schaub has thrown for 24,311 yards, 130 touchdowns and 86 interceptions. He offers a veteran presence at backup quarterback, something the Ravens haven't had since Marc Bulger was on the roster.
The transition to Baltimore shouldn't be too difficult for Schaub. A lot of what the Ravens ran under Gary Kubiak is expected to stay in place due to the success the offense generated a year ago. Marc Trestman is also a West Coast principled coordinator, so Schaub should be able to ease into the system quite fine.
