Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Kamar Aiken is stepping up big time in the absence of the starting skill positions for the offense. With great coverage by the Dolphins defender, Aiken goes up and makes the catch only to have it get knocked around. The final result is what we see below.
Props to @KamarAiken88 for this circus juggling catch. https://t.co/ItOSbt1eN8

Aiken has 3 catches for 24 yards so far through the first half, leading the team at the time of the writing of this article. With veteran wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. out for the season with a torn Achilles, Kamar Aiken is the team's top receiver moving forward. After the loss of Smith, Aiken has struggled with being consistent. Yet after quarterback Joe Flacco went down with a torn ACL against the St. Louis Rams, we've seen Aiken step up to be a leader for whoever is throwing the ball at the time.
Hopefully these types of catches and his newfound attitude will lead to better numbers and a more consistent result from Aiken.
