In a season with not a lot hope along the defensive side of the ball, it's nice to see that Smith is getting noticed. His production on Sunday is something the Ravens are going to need in the long run because outside Smith, and Elvis Dumervil, the Ravens don't have any outside linebackers who can create a pass rush against opponents. That is something the Ravens will address in the offseason, even if Terrell Suggs can come back healthy from his second Achilles tear.
