With the Ravens coming off a bye this past weekend, the hope is that the players are feeling rested and ready for battle. This team has a big hole which they dug in the first 8 weeks, but there is a small possibility of them still playing in January if they can rectify what went wrong so far.
The defense will gain another player for this run, with defensive end Brent Urban coming off injured reserve today.

The Ravens were counting on him coming into the season to help replace Haloti Ngata, but Urban suffered a torn biceps in training camp, his second straight year suffering an injury before the season started. However this time, unlike his rookie year, the Ravens felt the timetable was favorable and used their only IR designated to return tag on him, and now he is looking ready to go. The Ravens have 21 days to add Urban to the active roster, or he will revert to the IR for the rest of the season.
