Steve Smith made a catch after an excellent route that found him in the bubble of zone coverage. A run after the catch saw Steve Smith Sr's ankle and foot get caught up. Immediately after hitting the turf, Senior grabbed at his leg and motioned to the sideline for the trainers to come out.

Minutes later, you see him being helped off the field with a towel over his face. Unable to put any weight on it while coming off the field, the trainers took him immediately to the locker room. If it were any other player, you could question how serious the injury was, but with Smith's broken bones in his back and still playing, you know it is a serious issue.
Ravens medical staff immediately performed Achilles integrity tests on the field. Based off Smith's reaction, it's not looking good
