We covered it earlier today, but Justin Forsett is being confirmed as being active for the game at 4:25pm against the San Francisco 49ers. You'll remember late in the Cleveland Browns game that Forsett had his ankle rolled up on and has been hypothesized as having a high ankle sprain.
Another positive note for the Ravens is that outside linebacker Elvis Dumervil is also active for the game against the Niners tonight. Dumervil has a groin strain, but was seen on the field stretching before the game and apparently looked like it wasn't bothering him too much.
Good news for Ravens: RB Justin Forsett (ankle), WR Steve Smith (back) and LB Elvis Dumervil (groin) all active... http://t.co/gJuWLfQhNL

Neither player will likely see all the normal snaps that you would expect if they were perfectly healthy, but having these veterans in addition to Steve Smith Sr. should mean big things for a Baltimore Ravens team that desperately needs a break. Rookies linebacker Za'Darius Smith, and runningback Javorius Allen should see increased snaps tonight against the 49ers and a bigger role as the Ravens need big plays from everyone, something the Ravens have had to deal with all season long.
