It does not appear the Ravens are cutting bait with defensive tackle Terrence Cody as a favor to his future.
According to The Baltimore Sun's Aaron Wilson, a much more serious matter has emerged with the former 2010 second-round pick out of Alabama.

At this time, it's important to note that Cody is under investigation and has not been charged.
If Cody winds up charged, good luck to him making a roster in 2015. Cody's NFL career could be on quite the hiatus.
