The Ravens are set to lose two more assistants with Gary Kubiak taking the head coaching job.

With Gary Kubiak taking the Broncos job, it was inevitable that the Ravens would lose the two assistants he brought with him from his Houston days.

Quarterbacks coach Rick Dennison and tight ends coach Brian Pariani are set to leave for Denver, according to multiple reports. That means the Ravens are back to where they were a year ago around this time, when Jim Caldwell became the head coach of the Detroit Lions.

The Ravens would have preferred to keep Dennison in Baltimore as the offensive coordinator. But Dennison has long been a Kubiak assistant, as has Pariani. The trio won't be broken up, and it is commendable for the Ravens to not stay in their way as far as forcing them to adhere to their contracts.

So now the Ravens will need to replace three offensive assistants, which makes their early offseason busy.
