Ravens offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak didn't want to entertain job opportunities until at least after the season ended. Well, now the season is over and at least one team is expressing heavy interest in him.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Chicago Bears are interested in Kubiak for their open head coaching position.

This makes sense after the season Kubiak had calling plays for the Ravens offense. After a disastrous 2013 on that side of the ball, the Ravens saw significant improvement in all phases, particularly the running game. Kubiak has always been successful coaching the offensive side of the ball, and that's where most of Chicago's playmakers are at this time.
The Bears are searching for a coach after firing Marc Trestman after the regular season ended.
You'd have to think Kubiak would at least consider it. You just don't go from being a head coach to an offensive coordinator and lose the desire to be a head coach again. But Kubiak, based on what happened in Houston, could be looking for the perfect opportunity. Maybe Chicago is it, maybe it isn't.
