Start 'em
WR Steve Smith: Smith will man the interior defenders and likely not face Joe Haden much, if any, at all. Smith scored a touchdown in Week 1 and was targeted frequently in Week 2. If you have an open spot and need a quality receiver to plug in, Smith is your guy.
TE Dennis Pitta: Pitta not only saw a drop-off in targets last week, but also had Owen Daniels catch two touchdowns. That trend won't last. Pitta should see a lot of passes his way given that the Browns' secondary is giving up almost 300 yards in the air per game.
K Justin Tucker: Because he kicks a lot of field goals and can make them from really far away.
Sit 'em
WR Torrey Smith: Watch this one backfire. But over the first two games, the younger Smith has just four receptions for 60 yards on 10 targets. He figures to draw the attention of Haden on the outside, which could limit his opportunities.
Sleepers
RB Bernard Pierce: Not really a sleeper but he's not necessarily a start 'em guy either. But the Browns have not defended the run as many imagined early on. They've given up 150.5 yards per game over the first two games. So Pierce could be a sneaky flex play.
QB Joe Flacco: If Flacco establishes a rhythm early this could wind up being a pass-heavy game. The Browns will look to get after the quarterback and Flacco will look to get the ball out quick in the West Coast system. He could be in for a two or three touchdown day if everything goes as planned.
