Forbes: Ravens are 19th most valuable sports franchise in the world

New, comments

Both footballs litter the list of the world's most valuable franchises.

Steve Bisciotti was rich before he bought the Ravens.

The value of the franchise in the present day, though, makes him ridiculously even more richer. According to an estimate from Forbes Magazine, the Ravens check in at the 19th most valuable sports franchise in the world.

Forbes gave the Ravens an estimated value of $1.227 billion.

Filling this list out are mainly teams from both footballs — the American variety and soccer. The top three teams are soccer teams, with Nos. 4 and 6 being very well known baseball franchises. From there, the best soccer teams worldwide check in near the top with the rest of the list being predominantly NFL heavy.

The NFL is king in America as this country can't get enough of it.
