What the Ravens Are Saying On Twitter

Patrick Smith

NFL players continue to enjoy some downtime during the remainder of their offseason, as players begin preparing for training camp and eventually the new football season. As evident by the Twitter accounts of notable Ravens players, they are all using the power of social media in different ways.

Here's a look at what some of them have been talking about over the past week.

Lardarius Webb was hosting a youth football camp this past week, and expressed his excitement over the progress that was made. He also decided to praise some of his teammates, most notably rookie linebacker CJ Mosley, for attending his football camp last week.

Terrell Suggs has never been afraid to share his admiration for the Miami Heat, especially when it comes to LeBron James. So when the Heat won Game 2 of the NBA Finals, he voiced his joy on the game's outcome.

With the NFL season less than three months away, the Ravens are in the middle of their yearly OTA's. Newcomer Steve Smith was happy to finally return to the field as a member of his new team.

Joe Flacco is determined to perform at a high level this upcoming season following his disappointing performance last year. But as he noted on Twitter, it's a new year with new things to accomplish.
