Reid still has court date, Taliaferro trial date scheduled

Jamison Hensley tweets the latest on Jah Reid and rookie running back Lorenzo Taliaferro.

Per ESPN.com's Jamison Hensley, reserve offensive lineman Jah Reid has a court date to attend on June 4th in Key West.

Reid was charged with two misdemeanor counts of battery after an altercation at a strip club in Florida on March 9th. Reid is on the bubble of making the 53-man roster as it is and any discipline from either the law or from the league could help push him off the team quickly even in a tight race for the right tackle position.

Fourth-round selection Lorenzo Taliaferro received news on his trial date for being drunk in public and destruction of property.

Taliaferro has little chance of being cut but this could affect his chances of seeing meaningful snaps while running back Ray Rice is out for whatever suspension he will face from his assault incident earlier this year.
