The Ravens will add linebacker Austin Spitler to their roster following his tryout with the organization, The Baltimore Sun's Aaron Wilson reported on Thursday.

Spitler was a member of the Miami Dolphins from 2010-2013. The Dolphins took him in the seventh round out of Ohio State in the 2010 NFL draft. With the Dolphins, Spitler recorded 31 total tackles in 55 career games.
This appears to have special teams candidate written all over it.
The Ravens are also likely to sign a couple of the cornerback tryouts they brought in during minicamp.

Top candidates there would appear to be Aaron Ross and Dominique Franks. Ross has experience playing under defensive backs coach Steve Spagnuolo and Franks was a special-teamer during his time with the Falcons.
