Brandon Williams is one strong dude.
The second-year defensive lineman posted a video to his personal Instagram account about two weeks ago showcasing this. Looking to bulk up even more (which is crazy considering how strong he was while learning the ropes as a rookie), Williams set a new personal best by bench-pressing 525 pounds.
Here's a look at the video here:

Williams wrote next to the video: "525lbs!!! The most I've ever done!!! #GodIsGood #AllTheTime #HulkSmash Sorry for the sideways view but I couldn't fit in the weights or the rack. #WideScreenWeight."
Ravens strength and conditioning coach Bob Rogucki appears impressed after being asked about Williams' feat during his media availability on Tuesday.
"It was a pretty good lift, but that's high enough for right now, Brandon," Rogucki said.
Clearly, Rogucki doesn't want Williams to overdo it. But it's still impressive nonetheless.
But wait. After Williams benched 525, he celebrated by walking on his hands.

That's one strong human.
