The Ravens are making sure they cover their bases this spring.
Included in that is making sure no under-the-radar prospects slip past them. One of those appears to be Middle Tennessee State offensive guard Josh Walker, who visited and worked out for the team recently, according to a report from The Baltimore Sun's Aaron Wilson.
The Ravens could use interior offensive line depth, so it's no surprise to see them working out a rookie guard. That said, this could be an indicator that the Ravens are looking to the later rounds for an interior lineman instead of taking someone like UCLA's Xavier Su'a-Filo and Stanford's David Yankey early.
Walker is seen as a potential seventh-round pick or undrafted free agent.
The Ravens' last pick, at this time, is in the sixth round, so perhaps they're banking on Walker being available once the draft is complete.
