Though the NFL is now a year-round league essentially, it will be seven months before the 2014 season begins.
That can be a lot to handle, given how important the NFL has become to a lot of sports fans. The league provides a great escape for fans from all walks of life each Sunday.
SB Nation's Matt Ufford is here to tell you how to get through the next seven months now that the NFL season has concluded.
Of the ways to keep your mind off of football, here are a couple of notes Ufford lists: 1) Watch a lot of TV (hey, Mad Men comes back in April), 2) follow the Olympics, March Madness and other sports (baseball though?), and 3) catch up on reading some books.
