Wednesday Ravens-Steelers injury report: Chris Canty returns, Eugene Monroe still absent

Chris Canty was back on the practice field on Wednesday.

It looks like defensive end Chris Canty will be good to go for Saturday night's Wild Card round game against archrival Pittsburgh.

Canty was a full participant in Wednesday's practice after missing this past Sunday's season-finale against Cleveland. With the way Pittsburgh's offense has operated this season, the Ravens' front seven will need to be as close to full strength as possible.

Of course, there's a good chance it won't have defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan, who was a non-participant in practice. If he's unable to go, DeAngelo Tyson will likely be active once again in that rotational spot.

On the offensive side of the ball, left tackle Eugene Monroe was unable to practice due to an ankle injury. His outlook for Saturday's game doesn't look promising at this time.

Here's the full injury report:

DID NOT PARTICIPATE: LB Arthur Brown (thigh), DT Timmy Jernigan (foot/ankle), LT Eugene Monroe (ankle)
