Ravens matchups to watch vs. the Colts

Things to look for during Sunday's game.

Evan Habeeb-USA TODAY Sports

Ravens defensive line vs. Colts offensive line

The Colts have suffered plenty of injuries along the offensive line. The Ravens' defensive line should take advantage of a weaker interior unit and hit and get to Andrew Luck, as that will help the secondary a lot.

Ravens CBs vs. Colts WRs

The Colts have a trio of talented receivers: future Hall of Famer Reggie Wayne, T.Y. Hilton, who has speed comparable to Torrey Smith, and Hakeem Nicks, who is talented but very inconsistent. The Ravens' secondary needs to try and contain these guys.

Ravens ILBs vs. Colts TEs

The Colts have a talented tight end duo in Coby Fleener and Dwayne Allen. Fortunately, the Ravens have a talented pair of inside linebackers in C.J. Mosley and Daryl Smith.

Steve Smith vs. Greg Toler

Torrey Smith will likely be matched up against Vontae Davis, who is one of the better corners that you haven't heard of. Steve Smith however will go up against Greg Toler, who is solid yet unspectacular, which could be troublesome, as Steve Smith has been nothing short of spectacular.

Joe Flacco vs. the Colts defense

The Colts haven't had much of a pass rush without Robert Mathis and I'm not convinced in their defense because they hassled Chad Henne, Blake Bortles, and Charlie Whitehurst. Also their safeties are a weakness. Flacco has been playing at a high level and I'm convinced he'll continue to against the Colts defense.

Ravens' TEs and RBs vs. Colts ILBs

The Colts have been weak against the tight end and passes to running backs. Fortunately the Ravens have the personnel to attack those weaknesses in Owen Daniels, Kyle Juszczyk, Crockett Gillmore, Marlon Brown, and Justin Forsett.
