Well, this was certainly an awkward moment.
Radio station WNST's Glenn Clark, at the Super Bowl and on Radio Row, brought on Ravens receiver Jacoby Jones for an interview. Jones was brought to the booth a short while after Clark's interview with Browns running back Chris Ogbonnaya began.
After a brief moment of Jones explaining how hungry he was, Clark began to ask Jones about the interview he gave a local FOX Sports reporter at a recent New Orleans Pelicans game. After the interview went viral, bloggers began speculating as to whether Jones was intoxicated or not.
If you haven't seen it, here it is:
A harmless question, right? All Jones has to do is say, "Yeah, I don't know what's wrong with people. I was just having fun." Or, he could say he'd rather not talk about it and move on to the next topic. Right?
Instead, he stormed off the set.
"That was actually kind of awkward," Clark then said on-air. "That was a little uncomfortable. Chris, did I do the wrong thing?"
"I don't know what y'all are talking about," Ogbonnaya replied.
