Ravens inactives: RB Ray Rice, DE Chris Canty, WR Jacoby Jones, LB Arthur Brown, C/G Ryan Jensen, WR Deonte Thompson, DT Brandon Williams.

Texans inactives: QB Case Keenum, WR Lestar Jean, OLB Sam Montgomery, G Cody White, T Duane Brown, ILB Justin Tuggle, DE Tim Jamison.

Analysis: Ed Reed will start at free safety for the Texans, making his 2013 debut against his former team. With Brown out Sunday, the Texans could be vulnerable against a strong pass rush from the Ravens. Of all the inactives today, Brown's absence could have the biggest impact, as he's considered one of the NFL's best left tackles. ... Rice's streak of starting 43 games in a row will come to an end. Bernard Pierce will start in his place with Shaun Draughn stepping into the No. 2 back role. With Canty out, Marcus Spears will become the starting defensive end.
