Has John Harbaugh gone soft?
Nah, probably not. But Wednesday's practice, to feature rookies, quarterbacks and injured veterans, has been canceled. The Ravens will resume practice on Thursday, with all players present. Veterans report Wednesday, rounding out the camp's roster.
Harbaugh loves his practice time, which is why this is somewhat of a surprise. The Baltimore Sun's Aaron Wilson said the Ravens have replaced Wednesday's practice with something else instead.

Perhaps, Harbaugh and the coaching staff were pleased enough with Tuesday's practice that they decided those at the team facility early didn't need a full workload before training camp truly kicks off on Thursday.
Even though the Ravens canceled their Wednesday session, outside linebackers Terrell Suggs and Elvis Dumervil are still scheduled to speak to the media at 3 p.m.
