It's about time.
The NFL is back and gearing up for its ever-important preseason period, beginning with training camps. The Ravens are no different, with the organization getting started on Sunday with rookies, quarterbacks and injured veterans reporting. Monday is an administrative day, with Tuesday being the first day of practice and media availability afterward.
On Wednesday, the same group will practice again, though all members of the Ravens team will report to camp. On Thursday, it officially begins, with Baltimore partaking in its first full practice of the season.
Most of the practices will begin at 2:30 p.m. and last for about three hours. Baltimore Beatdown will have multiple posts throughout the day to satisfy your coverage cravings, including the news of the day, positional breakdowns, who stood out, post-practice comments and daily recaps featuring analysis on the day's activities.
There will be three opportunities for fans to view practices at Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Md., M&T Bank Stadium and at Stevenson University in Owings Mills, Md. You can view the details of those practices here.
There should be a ton of coverage for the Baltimore Beatdown community to look forward to, all of which can be found at our 2013 Baltimore Ravens Training Camp Hub.
It's an exciting time of the year for all NFL fans. It's about time that football is back.
