I'm not completely sure if I got the all of the position changes right. In either formation we are putting plenty of talent on the field. I think both lineups would produce. I think the key here is playing both 3-4 and 4-3. They can't just plan around our weaknesses (which we might not even have) in one formation. Mixing it up is probably the best way to go.
