The Baltimore Ravens might not be favored to repeat as Super Bowl Champions, but according to a story in Cover.com, the oddsmakers at Cantor Gaming still think they are a pretty decent team. In eleven of their first fifteen games, Baltimore is the favorite to win. Three games are "pick 'em" and in two others, the Ravens are the underdogs.

There are no lines for week17, which is the 16th game for every team. Playoff spots may be decided by then and teams routinely sit their starters for most, if not all of the game, making it difficult to place odds on them until the week of the games.

The two games that have the Ravens expected to lose are the season opener in week one at the Denver Broncos (-7) and week seven at the Pittsburgh Steelers (-1.5). The three "pick 'em" games are at the Chicago Bears (week 11) , at the Detroit Lions (week 15) and hosting the New England Patriots (week 16).

As favorites, the Ravens range from a one-point favorite at home versus the Green Bay Packers (week 6) and on the road at the Miami Dolphins (week 5) to a 7.5 point favorite when they host the Cleveland Browns (week 2).

Cantor Gaming had the Ravens favored in ten of fifteen games prior to the beginning of the 2012 regular season, in a story from BeyondTheBets.com which posted a year ago.
