Not only will Andy Nelson’s Barbecue (Cockeysville, MD) open its typically closed-on-Sunday doors for the Baltimore Ravens’ Super Bowl appearance, they will also be donating 10% of all Super Bowl Sunday sales to the Brigance Brigade, a charity founded by OJ and Chanda Brigance after OJ, a former Baltimore Raven, was diagnosed with ALS. The Brigance Brigade is dedicated to helping families affected by ALS and providing resources and support while funding research initiatives. For more on the Brigance Brigade, visit

Andy Nelson, Baltimore Colts football hero and owner of Andy Nelson’s Barbecue, is no stranger to Baltimore football championships. As a former Colt (1957-63) with back-to-back Championship titles, Nelson knows the excitement and glory a football team can bring to this city. "The Ravens going to the Super Bowl gets the whole city excited, and we’re no exception; to be able to turn that excitement into helping people makes it all the better."
Award Winning Andy Nelson’s Barbecue has a proud tradition of serving great "Q" within the greater Baltimore area. Everything that served is made by hand from scratch and it truly shows in the quality of the "Q". Andy Nelson’s Barbecue is open Monday-Thursday 10am – 8pm, Friday & Saturday 10am- 9pm, and Super Bowl Sunday 12pm-5pm.
