ESPN draft guru Mel Kiper has slated Kevin Minter of LSU to go to the Baltimore Ravens in his most recent mock draft. While many people previously thought that Manti Te'o would be the clear choice for the Baltimore Ravens at #32, Kevin Minter is now becoming the more logical choice after a highly disappointing combine performance by Manti Te'o.
