Ravens-Bengals inactives: Art Jones will not play; Ray Rice and Torrey Smith good to go

The Ravens will be without defensive end Art Jones in Sunday's regular season finale against the Bengals.

Jones sustained a concussion last week and was unable to be cleared by an independent neurologist in time for the game. With Jones out, rookie Brandon Williams is active.

Ray Rice, Torrey Smith and Elvis Dumervil, all deemed questionable entering Sunday, will be available for the Ravens.

The Bengals will be without tight ends Tyler Eifert and Jermaine Gresham, which very well could effect how efficient they can move the ball when they're on offense.
