Start 'em
WR Torrey Smith: After his early-season explosion, Smith has cooled off some, though with the bye weeks around the league, he's still worth a flex play. Smith will still get his looks and is the best chance for any Ravens player to score points.
Sit 'em
RB Ray Rice: I know the Dolphins ran all over the Bengals last week. I know Geno Atkins tore his ACL and will miss the remainder of the season. But with the way the running game has gone, you just can't start Rice until he strings together a couple of quality games. He had less than 20 rushing yards last week. You can't start him at this time, even though you drafted him in the first round.
RB Bernard Pierce: See above.
QB Joe Flacco: Flacco's good for at least one touchdown. At the rate he's been at, two touchdowns is a great game. Three would be exceptional. Who gets the touchdown on the receiving end remains to be seen.
Ravens D/ST: They'll be good for a couple of sacks but that's about it. The Bengals offense offers a lot of balance and could pose some problems.
Sleepers
WR Marlon Brown: Brown caught two touchdowns last week and has become a red zone target for this offense. If you're in a bind, plug him in. He's done enough this season to warrant that kind of consideration.
