Update- November 18th, 5:29 p.m. EST:
General Manager was back at work today, and Head Coach John Harbaugh says that Newsome has a "clean bill of health."
It seems that the hospital trip was just precautionary after Newsome reportedly fainted.

Nestor Aparicio, the original reporter of the issue, gave more details on the situation:
Ozzie Newsome sat behind me for 5 hours at the game. When game ended, he was sweating profusely & I thought it was unusual.

We rode in same elevator (& that NEVER happens btw). He walked in front of me whole way to locker room & wasn't moving well.

And for what its worth, I think the world of Ozzie Newsome & respect the heck out of him. It was a weird spot as a journalist w/story live.

Clearly, if it was a extreme medical emergency, Newsome would've been removed immediately & they wouldn't have waited for media to clear.

I rode in elevator w/Ozzie Newsome & he was sweating profusely. I honestly had some concern re: him.

Ozzie was sweating really, really bad when I went downstairs in the elevator. I was told that he walked into the ambulance in Chicago.
