Start 'em
WR Torrey Smith: Even with Joe Haden guarding him in the Week 2 meeting, Smith was able to catch seven passes on 13 targets for 85 yards. Joe Flacco will certainly look his way again as Smith has been Baltimore's most productive receiver this season.
Ravens D/ST: Even with the spark Jason Campbell gave the Browns last week, the Cleveland offense was held to 17 points. The Ravens had a week off and get to go against an offense that seemingly has just two weapons in Josh Gordon and Jordan Cameron.
RB Ray Rice: You drafted Rice in the first round, you're starting Rice no matter what. But Rice does have a history of performing well against the Browns and could be poised to break out now that the bye week has passed.
Sit 'em
RB Bernard Pierce: The Ravens will ride Rice as the primary ball carrier. In addition, Pierce now has another backup running back in Bernard Scott that could wind up taking carries from him. Pierce wouldn't be a safe play this week, even as a flex option.
Sleepers
TE Dallas Clark: Smith should garner some attention, especially having a big game against Haden. Clark has emerged as a second option of late and has been able to produce a couple of touchdowns. If you're in need of a tight end due to a bye week, Clark could wind up posting some decent numbers.
QB Joe Flacco: Flacco couldn't find much room to throw the ball in Week 2, tossing just one touchdown and throwing for 211 yards. However, Jacoby Jones is back, which could open up a little more of the field. Cleveland has been susceptible to No. 2 receivers this year, though Smith will be his primary target to throw to.
